William is a dedicated public relations professional with a background in strategic communications, policy engagement, and crisis management. Prior to joining Steer PR, William served as a Legislative Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives, conducting policy analysis, constituent correspondence, and internal communications. He has also produced briefings on geopolitical risk, energy security, and transnational threats through his work as a Program Associate for the Osgood Center for International Studies, where he supported the planning and execution of an international policy symposium convening senior policymakers and subject matter experts.

A Georgia native, William graduated from the University of the South with his B.A. in Political Science. He is currently pursuing his M.A. in Global Security Studies at Johns Hopkins University’s Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, where his coursework focuses on intelligence analysis, counterterrorism, and military grand strategy. He currently lives in Washington, D.C.
